B. Recruitment & Cohort Management

Sending Invites

I used Mailchimp to invite applicants to join each cohort and updated statuses based on cohort invite acceptance, no shows, drop outs, and levels of participation.

​We calculated the number of invites to send for each cohort by assuming a 25% to 50% acceptance rate. We often sent multiple invites and re-invited no-shows to new cohorts.

Organizing Participants

With Beta recruitment live, I integrated our Typeform applications with Coda (our project management tool) to simplify Beta Program management. I then organized the full list of applicants to stage out invites for 10 Beta Cohorts, with each cohort varying in terms of number of participants and participation timeline.
