1:1 & Group Shadowing Interviews
I conducted 100+ 1:1 video interviews to usability test core features while preparing our first users for participation. The goals of these interviews were to:
A. Establish a relationship with our users
I had users introduce themselves while reciprocating a friendly and personal tone to increase their investment to participate in our Beta.
Once 1:1 calls became unsustainable, I moved to group interviews where I paired down introductions for time and simply stayed present to navigate any questions or concerns with a similar approach as I took for 1:1s.
