D. Qualitative Feedback: Exit Process

Interviews & Surveys

I started by conducting 1:1 exit interviews as well as exit surveys to gain deeper insight from each cohort participant. The goals of these interviews and surveys were to:

A. Gather feedback on the usability of our platform

I focused on discussing key bugs and needed improvements across core features to organize insights and inform our bi-weekly sprint planning.

Once 1:1 interviews became unsustainable, I switched to a group format and retained our exit survey process. Overall, I collected and analyzed 3.6k+ survey results throughout the duration of our beta program.
