Internal Summary Reports
I wrote bi-weekly internal summary reports, combining qualitative insights from cohorts with behavioral data analytics from Mixpanel. These reports were focused on suggesting high-impact features, enhancements, and critical bugs for each two-week sprint plan in line with our original roadmap.
Beta Participant Summary Reports
I also wrote a user-friendly bi-weekly summary report shared with participants to credit their participation, show progress rooted in their feedback, and increase loyalty and engagement.
