Storyboard

Purpose

Since I love a bit of artistry and visualization, I put together a few storyboards that would help me and the team empathize better with the variety of circumstances users are in when they engage with our platform.

Scenario

Ken is experiencing a flare-up and wants to write a post asking for tips to address symptoms they’re actively suffering from.

User Story

As Ken, I want to ask the community a question, so I can find ways of alleviating my current symptoms or preventing them in the future.
