Differentiators 3 Months Post-Launch

As we finally had a concrete outline of our initial MVP, I then collaborated with our CEO to outline the key differentiators we felt were our strongest opportunity areas for success. These differentiators came from what we understood to be the core pain points and service gaps in competitor platforms from a user’s perspective.
